Description: Initial release for Windows. This release updates your Sonnet Thunderbolt 5 product’s NVM to version 64.1 to improve general USB device reliability. This updater runs only under Windows; Mac users must use the macOS version of the updater.

Notes
• Before running the updater, you must disconnect all devices from your Windows host except for the dock or PCIe card expansion system you’re updating.
• If you’re updating an Echo 13 Thunderbolt 5 SSD Dock, you must also disconnect all downstream devices connected to the dock; the firmware updater cannot launch unless all devices are disconnected from the dock.
• Before running the updater on an Echo 13 Thunderbolt 5 SSD Dock, you must also “safely remove” (eject) the installed SSD.

• Issue: Launching Activity Monitor app on an M1 or M2 Mac while recording in a Pro Tools session will cause a Pro Tools error AAE-9093.
• Solution: Do not run Activity Monitor while recording a Pro Tools session.

• Issue: When recording a 128 track session, setting Playback Engine HW Buffer Size to less than 2048 will cause Pro Tools error AAE-9093.
• Solution: Set Playback Engine HW Buffer Size to 2048.

• Issue: Pro Tools error AAE-9093 error is immediately is displayed after selecting record or play for a .ptx session that has associated clips if the last actions from the prior time Pro Tools run was to stop recording and then immediately quit and select "Don't Save" while quitting Pro Tools.
• Solution: This error condition can be removed by first attempting to record a clip, observing and clicking through the AAE-9093 dialog box, then selecting File-Save to save the .ptx file and then quitting Pro Tools.  Now restart Pro Tools, open the session .ptx  and confirm that play and record function normally.
